Remove personal or valuable items from vehicles prior to service

5. Liability & Damage Policy

VTOKC is only responsible for damages directly caused by VTOKC equipment or employees during active service.

VTOKC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Mechanical or electrical failures
Acts of nature or weather
Theft, vandalism, or third-party actions
Damage occurring outside of active service time

Liability, if applicable, is limited to the cost of repair or replacement as determined by VTOKC and permitted by law.
