VTOKC Valet Services

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VTOKC Valet Services website (“Site”) and any services provided by VTOKC Valet Services (“VTOKC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, booking services, or allowing VTOKC to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

VTOKC provides valet and related services as described on our website or agreed upon prior to service. All services are subject to availability and operational conditions.

2. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full before service begins.
Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.
VTOKC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if payment is not received.

3. No Refund Policy

VTOKC maintains a strict no-refund policy.

Once services are scheduled and paid:

Payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling, weather conditions, customer absence, service delays, or partial service completion.

Remove personal or valuable items from vehicles prior to service
Notify VTOKC of any special conditions, hazards, or restrictions before service begins

VTOKC is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.

5. Liability & Damage Policy

VTOKC is only responsible for damages directly caused by VTOKC equipment or employees during active service.

VTOKC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Mechanical or electrical failures
Acts of nature or weather
Theft, vandalism, or third-party actions
Damage occurring outside of active service time

Liability, if applicable, is limited to the cost of repair or replacement as determined by VTOKC and permitted by law.

6. Service Refusal

VTOKC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

Unsafe or hazardous conditions
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
Non-payment
